HI Circles

HI Circles: Where Real Connection Happens

Be with community in unprecedented times.

Online communities are great—but sometimes, you want more. You want to see faces, hear voices, and experience genuine, human connection. That’s why I created the HI Circles.

These monthly, 90-minute Zoom gatherings provide a structured, safe, and inspiring space for leaders, creatives, and change-makers to explore together how to navigate and lead through these increasingly scary and unprecedented times.

In the HI Circles, we’ll discuss how cultural, political, workplace, and climate changes are impacting us, and work together to define who we want to become as we move forward.

Why Join an HI Circle?

Are you worried about friends? Wondering how much news to take in? Afraid that your family, coworkers, gender, or belief system might be under attack? Wondering what you can do? There are no right answers, but through discussion and hearing yourself and others, you can find yours.

Meeting on Zoom may be riskier than chatting online. But it is also more rewarding.

Here’s what makes these conversations stand out:

  • Rich Conversations: which include playful prompts and exercises that lead to reflection on how you are that day, and then, how you want to be.

  • Clarity: Being able to define where you are and who you want to become in these turbulent times can make you feel more secure. Being clear and intentional helps ward off the overwhelm of world changes we can’t control.

  • Actionable Strategies: Leave each session with meaningful practices and strategies to bring about more of what you want: joy, connection, actionable service, etc. (AKA your personalized plan for making a difference, from volunteering, planting a garden, organizing community).

  • Community Wisdom: Learn from others’ reflections and experiences.

  • Deeper Connections: I guide participants to listen deeply, by asking questions. Feel inspired and connected without the noise of social media rants or grievances.

  • Antidote to Despair: Connection nourishes. Most participants report feeling more hopeful by the end.

What participants from past circles have said:

"The connection with people from all over the country was instant. Blair’s questions and prompts created such deep discussions—it was fascinating how something as simple as ‘choose a song or movie title that summarizes how you’re feeling’ led to such meaningful insights." —Dawn Falcone, The Chaos Liberator

This little guy was sent to me by an HI Circle participant after we each picked the animal whose attributes could best help us get through the month.

“Blair is remarkable! She led me to some powerful tools and images that will help me move forward in my personal and business lives. She was prepared with topics and prompts that allowed our group to work together, while guiding us with incredible perception to discover potent changes for the new year.” — Lisa Sullivan, AZ

Who Should Join:

Although my practice has many C-suite leaders and business owners, after years as a therapist / empowerment coach I also work with solopreneurs, coaches, writers, and creative people in general.

If you have been curious or engaged in growth-oriented experiences in your life — therapy, coaching, spirituality, philosophy— you will appreciate the nuance and uniqueness of the conversations and my facilitation.

"Blair guided us without rushing, making space for everyone to feel heard. I left feeling less alone and more connected. It wasn’t about griping or blaming—it was constructive, insightful, and empowering." —Alexia Worsham, Mental Health Advocate

What’s a circle like?

These are small groups: Limited to 12 participants per session to ensure meaningful engagement.

They have a Dynamic Structure: Each month will be different, but here’s a glimpse of what to expect:

*️⃣ Kickoff with a thought-provoking question (e.g., “If this phase of your life were a movie title, what would it be? If this week were an animal, what would it be?”).

*️⃣ Brief introductions and small breakout group discussions with clear, supportive guidelines (which curb oversharing an long-winded rants)

*️⃣ Reconvene for shared insights and a collective exercise that offer tools you can use to feel better about living and leading when chaos reigns.

*️⃣ Closing practice to carry into the month ahead.

Thank you for creating such beautiful space for us to share feels and begin to process them. I’m so impressed at how you were able to create that kind of depth and safety for vulnerability so quickly. I’m kind of critical and have a high bar, lol. And you more than met it. :)

I loved the container you created within which to share. The prompts were thoughtful and thought-provoking and took me to a new and interesting place.
