Love it. https://www.culturesconnecting.com/ - This group in my area is wonderful, I have heard word of mouth from folks who've attended their workshops. I like their publication of a free "Diversity Calendar" for schools and individuals. Thinking it might be a way to incorporate into a daily practice to mention a holiday each day of the week, even if it is not of my own belief system. Perhaps WA is next target after CA, but for now the largest public university retains its DEI statements on its web pages, and the president of the U is a Black man. Congresswoman Jayapal does some great work around this topic as well.
Their work looks fabulous, and I love the idea of a diversity calendar. I’m glad that Washington has been able to retain its diversity vision language and programming… perhaps they are not as dependent on federal funds and foreign students? Thank you so much for sharing!
Actually, the UW gets most of its funding federally, and my daughter's PhD medical research program only accepted 6 instead of 15 students. Yet, they are holding strong to stating DEI values many places.
A DEI underground railroad is a brilliant idea.
Thanks. Let’s hope it takes off.
Love this idea and the examples you offer.
Appreciate, Nancy. It's devastating to see how racism is making a comeback.
All of it. Awful.
Echoing Aaron- brilliant idea. yes yes-- kind of like Dumbledore's Army subverting Voldemort right under the Death Eater's very noses!
Love the analogy even though I didn’t read the series! I do hope that word gets out and we can all join in on it.

Love it! Good news.
